Refund and Returns Policy

Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. This commercial policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Return condition

Contact support before returning an item. Unless an item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, it should be unused, complete and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report visible damage or an incorrect item promptly and include the order number and supporting photographs when available.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may also depend on the payment provider.
